Vickie Rafter Vickie previously served as a Special Agent with the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. As such, she conducted investigations of Federal White Collar Crime violations and participated in various Federal Task Forces. Vickie's experience includes the investigation and prosecution of dozens of significant health care fraud cases, experience she now applies in providing investigation and consultation in the private sector.
